I know many people look at those of us who are concerned about privacy and the people who have information about us as some kind of conspiracy theorists, worrying that the government is going after us individually. I get why that can seem far fetched, but this is really why we concern ourselves with it. This has always been the more immediate risk, the random people who have access to all that information.
Facebook has fired an employee accused of abusing their position to stalk women online, and a new report alleges several former social network staffers suffered the same fate under similar circumstances.
